  2. Evaluate the home & take detailed notes (features and systems)
  3. Make a list of the things that need to be done
  4. We will schedule a professional photographer (inside/out, aerial & video)
  5. Create a short video
  6. Create a walk-through video (virtual tour)
  7. Create a floorplan for the house
  8. Receive completed photos (this can take 5-7 days)
  9. Creating an MLS listing (1-2 days)
  10. Write a description of the property
  11. Review the MLS listing
  12. The listing goes live (syndication to the major real estate sites)
  13. The seller gets a copy of your listing (If any errors we can correct it asap)
  14. From signing your listing to going live to MLS (est. 7-14 days)
  15. Starting the marketing campaign (some will be done multiple times)
